"The Goose Island IPA was just what I expected—cold, crisp, and brewed in Chicago. The bartender was friendly, lively, and made the experience enjoyable. The nachos were enormous, easily enough to feed 3 to 4 people, and I made a good dent in them since I was really hungry. However, I found the ground beef I paid extra for a bit lacking in flavor; it could have used some seasoning. In fact, the whole dish could have benefited from a bit more spice, but I suppose that's typical for the Midwest. Unfortunately, they only had pico instead of salsa as well."
