"Omg! Somebody knows how to make real BBQ! Absolutely perfect! Had a smokey taste, pulled, not pulverized, and no big pieces of fat! The vinegar sauce complimented the pork and was fantastic, without being overly spicy. The slaw was light and refreshing without being drowned in mayonnaise. Hush puppies were light and crispy...and the cinnamon butter....to die for! When you really know how to cook, you don't have to mask the food with dozens of ingredients. Simplicity is the main confident ingredient! Let me wrap this up with my thoughts on the staff. Oh how refreshing it is,, to eat in an establishment with genuinely good and kind people. That level of hospitality cannot be faked. It comes from good hearted folks! You have my attention and respect. May you have continued success."
