"always at least one vegan option, sometimes two. quite always at least two vegetarian options. only after-parts is in the rule only a vegan option, but they must stay in business and realistic is the vegan population is just a small part of their business. also the vegan option on the menu is often the same for about a week to a time, so it is not in the rule the type of place that I would eat twice in a week. the atmosphere is very beautiful, and even if there are very long lines, the staff will keep them down very quickly. free rehearsal of everything on the menu and no pressure to buy if they do not like the rehearsal of the vegan option. they can always call in advance or view their facebook to see what is vegan on any particular day."
