"Came here with my boyfriend for a quick dinner on a weekday night. I got the hot tingly beef mince banmen and he got the tonkatsu ramen. I love the beef mince banmen a lot! It didn't look like it had enough sauce at first but once I mixed it through, it was actually perfect. I really like the chewiness of the noodle and the cucumber added freshness to the dish. The tonkatsu ramen also tasted great even though it tasted more like a Chinese noodle soup dish than a ramen. The chashu was very flavorful and tender and the egg was well cooked! Everything came out really fast and the servers were very nice. Will come back in the future and definitely recommend!"

"One of the worst dining experiences we have ever had. Seated at 6:45. Waited 15 minutes for someone to come here o our table. Server unfamiliar with how to help us order off a fixed menu. We should of listened to our instincts after reading review and cancelled our reservation. Waited an hour for appetizer. Second one came 15 min after first. Bit average at best. 30 min after that three of our meals came, one took another ten minutes. When it came it was undercooked and was sent back. By the time it came back our daughter didn’t want it anymore. Ordered desert only to be told they rank out (8:30) on valentines night! We complained about timeliness of service and food quality. We were offered 15% off and were told it was the servers fault. We told manager it was not her fault but management and kitchen fault. Eventually they took half off bill. We will never go back. Experienced in food and beverage business. This place will be close within a year. Repeatedly apologizing tells me they are used to it."
