"Our food came out one by one, with each dish arriving in about 20-minute intervals. My mother-in-law waited nearly an hour for her meal, which included grilled shrimp, mac and cheese, and sweet potatoes. After that long wait, she was informed that they had run out of mac and cheese and was offered an alternative side. Frustrated, she chose to decline her meal since the rest of us had already finished eating.
We requested the bill, which took another 30 minutes to arrive. To add insult to injury, the waitress had the nerve to charge her $2.55 for a Coke, despite the fact that she had waited an hour for food she never received. When we questioned this charge, she said she was just following orders and did not even bother to get a manager to address our concerns.
Overall, I found the customer service to be extremely disappointing, showing a lack of understanding and concern for my mother-in-law's experience. It should not have taken over an hour for anyone to realize she was still waiting for food, nor to notify her about the missing side dish. Given this experience, I cannot recommend this restaurant due to their poor customer service."
