"Sandwich pretty low on the ingredients in between the bread. The bread itself tasted kind of old and not fresh. My Mtn dew was literally watered down because the ice had melted in it. It also took them an hour and 25 mins to deliver to me and I was only down the road about 5 mins. Called them the day of my order and all the lady over the phone could tell me was, oh, I 'm sorry . Didn 't try to mend the situation at all. Pretty irritated with this place and chances are I won 't be ordering from them again."

"I give the staff 2 thumbs up for the service I received today. I normally like to order the sandwich by name. Today, I believe I ordered it by number, but I was not wearing my trifocals. I believe I said 7 instead of 9. They apologized to me, but I believe it was completely my fault. They made me a new sandwich and never questioned me. They were simply amazing. ??"

I called the restaurant and, although I can't remember the name of the woman I spoke with, I want to express my gratitude to both ladies working there. "We’ve used this location many times over the last couple of years. The sandwiches are generally decent and fairly priced. Delivery used to take around 30 minutes or so. However, in the last 6 months or so the delivery service has really degraded. On three occasions the delivery has taken nearly 2 hours to arrive and the sandwiches suffer in quality because of it. On another occasion, our order never arrived. One day we randomly received someone else’s order who lives a street over. I may still visit this location for pickup, but I will never recommend using them for delivery after these experiences."

"The atmosphere isn't as lively as it used to be; the team, once known for their fun and enthusiasm, seems to have lost some of that spirit. During my last few visits, the place felt off, with perhaps just one table occupied while the others were left dirty. I'm hopeful they'll regain their vibrancy soon."
