"1 hour and 25 mins for 8 hot dogs and we still are “next in line”. We first went downtown because it said open at 4 pm. We got there at 6 pm and it was closed. We then drove to Boardman where the hostess (blonde older lady) greets us by saying “we are short staffed so it’s going to be 15 mins before we can get to you”. I replied with, “well first of all hello”. Rude wasn’t even the right word to describe her greeting us. Terrible first impression and now we are still sitting. Will NOT return. Sincerely, someone who eats out daily and has been all over including different countries and this by far is the worst service and ect."
