"I recently dined at Copperstone and had an exceptional experience that I can't wait to share. The food was some of the best I've had in town! The meatballs are fresh, made by hand, and absolutely delicious. The pasta was perfectly cooked and paired wonderfully with the rich, flavorful sauces. Our server was incredibly attentive and had such great energy, making the entire dining experience even more enjoyable. To top it all off, the owners, Troy and Adriana, came out to introduce themselves, adding a personal touch that made my group feel truly special. Overall, Copperstone exceeded all our expectations, and I will absolutely be back. I 100% recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience. Can't wait to return!"

"The new owners are quickly turning this into one of the best pizza/pasta/calzone places there is! Had the pleasure of talking the the wonderful duo that have taken it over and am excited by what they have planned(including new menu and remodeling). Myson and I needed some grub after a long weekend of moving households... Starting out with their made from scratch breadsticksand marinara sauce... The flavor of the two are great on their own, put them together for a combination that can't be beat. Thenon to the pizza... I had the go to for me Hawaiian, which the flavor of the crust and toppings coming together with the marinaramade my taste buds very happy and my stomach very full. My son had the garlic chicken with bacon. The Alfredo sauce and othertoppings, with again a very delicious crust were amazing... Multiple times he gave me the nod of approval while hungrilyenjoying bite after bite. I know that we will definitely be back many, many times in the future, not just for the amazing food,but to see the renovation that will be coming back with some amazing old family recipes topping it all off! Great Job Ladies!!"

"There 's really no outstanding pizza in Clifton Park. I don 't say this to be mean. It 's just an annoying fact of life that won 't go away. Like influenza or Kellyanne Conway. But about a year ago a sign appeared over an old, long empty restaurant ... Coming Soon ... I Love Pizza of Troy. Well the 'soon ' part was a lie. They worked on that building for what seemed like forever. They painted and built and paved. Dug huge holes in the back. So deep I expected to see Nicolas Cage climbing out waving a copy of the Constitution. But they finally opened. It was a rocky start. Orders were messed up. There was an air of chaos. But ... they instantly became the best pizza in Clifton Park. And not by a little either. So if you 're up this way and want a pie ... look no further. Go read the Troy restaurant reviews for details on the food. The menu is exactly the same. They deliver too. The Trumpian assertion that I 'm somehow connected to this business, and that my review is therefore fake news ... is completely false. Though I did discuss it with the Russian Ambassador."
