Now, it is burnt coffee you served plus called a customer tacky' for an honest review. Edit 2: Do you remember me? How do you know if I tipped or not?! Like I said we were a group of 4 and took coffee to go (mind you no sit-down service received). I did not pay, someone else from my group did observing covid protocol, the rest of us waited outside. So, I am curious as to how you determined I TIPPED OR NOT since you do not even have my name on your system to cross-check!? All 4 of us thought the coffee we were served was poorly made. Which is a rarity in New York City and hence the rating you received from me. We try to patronize small businesses hence we spend our money there instead of chain restaurants. And isn't it a good thing if this is the only complaint about your coffee? That means this is an exception you can just say so and move on instead of calling people trolls and making false accusations."
