"As a local, I’ve dined here from time to time, and I find the food quite tasty—especially the complimentary garlic knots, which are a real treat. However, I've had some issues with the service. It often takes around 20 minutes to get a refill on the bread basket, and it seems like many of the waitstaff spend more time chatting among themselves than attending to their customers. On one occasion, a waiter even made snarky comments toward me and my friends while we were enjoying our meal, seemingly impatient for us to finish so she could leave early. If it weren't for these service problems, I would have rated this restaurant a solid four because the food is simply that good. Unfortunately, I can't overlook the poor service."
