"After passing by this Atlanta location for 20 years, I finally decided to visit. The building itself is quite unattractive and could definitely use some remodeling, but the name, SUPREME FISH DELIGHT, speaks for itself. Having enjoyed meals from other SFD locations, I wanted to give this one a try as well.
Parking in front of the restaurant is limited, and the zoning isn't very clear. The accessibility for handicapped individuals could also be improved, although there is a ramp available. There is a special sign in the window that highlights certain meals. The dining area is spacious, though the tables and chairs are outdated. I wouldn’t recommend dining in; takeout seems to be the best option, and calling ahead is advisable.
Safety is a bit concerning, and I felt the need to be vigilant while seated in my vehicle. Customer service was quite good, with employees making eye contact and understanding the customers' needs. However, the staff could improve their appearance to better represent the business. They are knowledgeable and thorough, and my wait time was under 15 minutes, depending on the orders ahead of mine.
I ordered a three-piece fish whitening meal that came with fries, hush puppies, and slaw. To my surprise, it was prepared excellently. The meal was served in a container that exceeded my expectations compared to competitors, and the food was hot and perfectly cooked. They also provided condiments and utensils.
One concerning detail: I didn’t see a health score displayed near the counter, which may have been an oversight on my part. The restroom is located at the back and could raise some questions, but I found it to be surprisingly clean, with hot water and no unpleasant odors, despite the old building.
Overall, this place is decent for Clayton County residents but has room for improvement. I would give it a rating of four stars due to some minor issues and safety concerns. Parking definitely needs enhancement, especially regarding zoning."
