"America's Worst Wings!!! My simple order is never made properly, but this last time was the final straw. My food was extremely dry, hard, and tasted old like it was there all day. I will never spend another dime here. I ordered 2 honey lemon pepper wing combos and due to it being late and nothing close was open, we both ate 3 out of the 10 wings. We didnt really have 3 a piece because we were sharing them with our kids( 2 -10 piece wing combo so 6 gone of 20). We returned the other 7 in each box= 14 wings. I couldn't continue eating that garbage. All i wanted was for them to remake it. I didn't ask for a refund. I simply wanted the quality food that I spent over $32 on. Instead of remaking it, the indian woman (hardly a lady) decided to tell me im wrong about the flavor like i dont eat honey lemon wings all the time. There was zero honey. Just salt and lemon pepper. There was a sticky substance on it, but nothing sweet at all. Then she started trying to summon customers in arguing with me, but it didn't work. She tried to say it's because we ate a few. Who leaves 7 out of 10 wings dings behind in good combo if it were made right??? Like im trying to get over! The food was horrible. Other people were complaining that their order was wrong as well. Im not some bum looking for a refund and I dont expect to take whatever dried up food you can throw in a box when i paid my money. I just wanted the order remade. I know the customer isn't always right, but to treat me like that is unacceptable. She don't have to remake it now because i will get all my money back from the bank and no future orders will be placed here. She ought to be glad i have the self control that she doesnt. She needs to learn what customer service skills sooner than later because the right person won't just walk away. She extremely rude, unprofessional, argumentative and quite nasty. I left angry, without any cooperation or resolve. I never go through this at the one on Reisterstown rd. My food cost less here. You always get celery with ranch or blue cheese with your wing combo as well.They always get my order right. They can learn from them. They're really respectful and know how to treat people. It's a further drive, but anything never to be treated like this."
