"I made reservations for my birthday brunch. While the building and decor is beautiful, that was the only positive aspect of our experience. We requested and they ok’d outdoor reservations, but then sat us inside due to all the tables outside being dirty. We received the worst customer service. Literally had to chase the server down for anything. It was 15 minutes before we were even able to ask for water or drinks. Then it was another 15- 20 minutes of waiting before anything was received. We were one of maybe three other tables there, with about 6- 8 servers on the floor. Half the table received their food 15 minutes prior to the other half of the table. When the rest of my guest received their food it was iced cold and brought out by the chef at that. It was another ordeal to checkout and had to individually ask for our check multiple times. Everyone was extremely rude, unfriendly, unhelpful, and the food or drinks weren’t that good either. A very sour and bad experience. I really regret spending my birthday here, as there are some incredible restaurants in Birmingham. I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone."
