"I wish I could give zero stars. I am truly appalled by the treatment I received from what I believe was the manager. In direct violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act, I was denied service because I had my service dog with me. They informed me that no animals were allowed, including service dogs. This situation left me extremely frustrated, as I have never experienced anything like this at other establishments. I attempted to explain the regulations regarding service animals under the ADA, but he continued to shake his head and insisted, “No, I’m sorry, I can’t have any animals here at all.” Feeling upset and overwhelmed by this encounter, I chose to leave. I would never want to support a business that treats individuals needing special accommodations so poorly."
