"I feel that the management of the kitchen/tables is inadequate. they had server coming from the kitchen looking to eat where it goes (made kreise a couple of times.) your concept stinks. if they had 3 persons with orders, 1 person per two rows with an additional server per order to bring food and drink from the kitchen, it would have worked. they have a limited menu that is great for this type of sitting. they are all sitting at once, they must have the appropriate personal to take this off. dreadfully inefficient (I waited the tables and worked a bar.) I also looked at people beside me who ate the brisket sandwich, looked incredible, ordered one and had only melted the butter, not roasted and there was hardly any meat. it tasted great for the little one I could taste. could be a great food location with many other changes. the staff who waited for us was incredible and worked out his back. I felt bad for them that someone in a guide role has only set up this for them to fail and not for their fault - their. even if they take the time to make a reservation for dinner, it would be nice to sit in front of the crowd and not an hour after. it is a simple separate line for reservations of at least 6-7pm. that should not be difficult to fix. all around me complained for good reason....not good. I would recommend skyloft if changes are made."
