"I had frustrating experiences two days in a row at this restaurant. Yesterday, I ordered a snack pack with extra cheese dips, but received the wrong dips. Today, I placed another order specifically to get the cheese dips I missed out on yesterday so I could enjoy them with my pretzels. In the substitutions section, I clearly stated that if the cheese dips weren't available, the entire order should be canceled since that was the sole purpose of my order. Unfortunately, they sent me salsa cheese dips again instead of the original cheese dips. I've now paid for two orders (with minor refunds from DoorDash for the incorrect items) and still haven't received what I initially ordered. I understand they're just cheese dips, but what's the point of plain pretzels without cheese dip?"
