"The server declined to accommodate these specials, stating that they are only available during actual Eagles games and not throughout the entire day. The service was exceptionally slow, and the server failed to inquire about our desire for additional drinks. We had to specifically ask for silverware and ended up having to retrieve our own napkins and malt vinegar since our server was absent. Throughout our dining experience, our server neglected to check on us and even made an error with one of our orders, resulting in additional costs."
