"This place is really hit or miss. Whether or not customer service is nice when you go is like taking a shot in the dark. Some days the workers are really kind and welcoming, and other days they're rude and act like you are an inconvenience. They frequently talk about other customers in front of customers that are still in the building. You also have to pay for your ice cream before hand which causes a problem when your order something, ask them if they have enough of it, and then after you pay they tell you they don't. This has happened five times to me now and they will not reimburse you if you originally paid for a more expensive menu item."
