"At first the food was alright. One time I ordered a steak royal. My bread was suppose to be toasted and it was burnt and I didn’t like how the steak tasted. I said okay I won’t order that again. Next time I ordered a large pizza.. the bottom was basically black on almost my whole pizza. I wish I had took a pic of it. Today I ordered and asked them not to burn my pizza this time. The guy was nice on the phone when I told him that. The pizza wasn’t ready when I got there. I came back in waiting in front of the lady waiting for her to acknowledge me. She knew I was waiting for the pizza. So I guess she figured she would acknowledge me. She ask do you have the receipt number with a nasty attitude. I said very nicely do I need it because it’s in the car. The lady says very rudely you want your food right and I asked cant you look up my number very calm. She looks up my number and yells out the order number. Thanks for not burning my pizza but I’m going to take my business elsewhere."

"I ordered from there on Friday night Sept. 29,2023 and got my food within 45mins to an hr. It was a large order so I didn't complain about that. However I ordered $121 worth of food and when I got it the steak on the subs were overcooked and hard and I ordered a chef salad with ranch dressing with extra dressing. They gave me blue cheese and I am allergic to blue cheese. I had someone else taste the salad because I had already put the dressing on it and they said it was blue cheeseWhen I called them and told them this they told me they couldnt refund my money at he time because the manager wasn't there. They took my name and number and said that he would call me back. 4 days later I called them back and when I asked to speak to the manager they told me he wasn't there and not to call back again. Well not a problem because I would never order from them again due to the service received. I am sure another sub shop will be more than happy to have an order of anywhere of $120-$150 when I order. Definitely would not recommend them to anyone. And when I was on the phone trying to talk to someone I heard a customer in the background tell them not to put their hands on them again. Not very customer oriented."

"Staff were polite and friendly. Pizza and Stromboli were ready quickly. Food was quite good. Probably some of the best hand-tossed pizza outside of the city. Overall recommended for hand-tossed pizza if you are in the area."
