"I invited my coworker and his girlfriend to dinner with my girlfriend and me. The experience was incredible. From the view that overlooks an incredible part of the Rockies to the modern lodge ambiance, I couldn’t have asked for a better feeling environment. Not to mention the extravagant Christmas decorations they clearly put a ton of effort into. Paul was an incredible server and took great care of my party. The daily special was a sweet corn risotto with Walleye, asparagus and a romesco sauce which my coworker and I ordered. We’ve been talking about it all morning at work. I’m impressed by the chef that put together such an extraordinary special where I find most restaurants deliver low effort, underwhelming daily specials. Our significant others’ both got a pizza and raved about both. The open kitchen tied the ambiance and food together in a way that exceeds every dining experience I’ve previously had. I will definitely be returning in the future."
