"When our food arrived, she asked if we needed anything else. I mentioned we needed silverware since none had been provided yet. She tossed some on the table and walked away without checking if we needed anything else. Frustrated, I headed to the bar to get us another drink. I opted for beer again, as the margarita was disappointing.
Overall, the service was lacking, and the food wasn’t great either. For instance, some dishes were served lukewarm, and the onion rings were undercooked and had a soggy batter. While there were a few highlights among the appetizers and meals, the experience as a whole did not meet expectations. I typically leave a tip of 30% or more, but this time I only gave 15%, which felt more generous than warranted. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone in the future."
