"If I could give zero stars I would. Had a birthday celebration there. The mics didn't work in the kaoroke room for 75% of the time. The staff kept telling me it wasn't on but the charge wouldn't stay. The volume didn't work on the remote control so you couldn't control the volume of the songs or the mics when they worked.
