"On Sunday, August 6th, I went to the restaurant with my family around 7:00 PM. Initially, the service was very good, but we soon noticed that the air conditioning wasn't working perfectly. This made the atmosphere in the establishment quite unpleasant. The attendant, whose name I don't recall, was extremely attentive. Our order came out quickly; however, there was an issue with the teriyaki sauce delivery. My wife asked multiple times to another attendant, as the one who initially took our order wasn't around. She went to the counter to request the sauce, but it still took a while to arrive.I later found out that the attendant who initially served us couldn't bring the sauce because he was busy making sushi. In summary, he was both attending to customers and preparing sushi at the same time. On that day, there were only three attendants: one in the dining area, another splitting her attention between serving tables, receiving deliveries, and managing phone orders.In addition to the air conditioning problems, the entrance door was difficult to open, and the service wasn't satisfactory. My intention in writing this review is to highlight these issues so that the responsible parties can address them. I do plan on visiting the restaurant one more time, but if the situation doesn't improve, I'm inclined not to return."
