"The experience was just average. Make sure to specifically request toasted bagels if you're ordering a sandwich; we were abruptly told that nobody ever asks for them. That’s alright, though it might have worked out better if they had been toasted. Unfortunately, the bagel we received wasn’t toasted well, probably because my request caused some annoyance. The steak had a decent flavor, and my husband mentioned that his everything bagel was good. However, the sausage patty in his sandwich was disappointingly small—roughly the size of a half dollar on a full-sized bagel—so it hardly felt worthwhile."
