"I ordered the diver scallops, but they tasted old and overly fishy, which I didn't enjoy. I returned them to the kitchen and requested that they be removed from our bill. The manager told me their policy was no refunds—if you try it, you have to buy it, regardless of satisfaction. I've dined at high-end restaurants around the world, and they typically remove any unsatisfactory items promptly to ensure a positive experience and encourage future visits. Fine and Dandy failed to uphold this standard, which is why I’m writing this negative review and advising others to think twice before visiting. If you’re unhappy with something you ordered, there is no recourse, and they expect you to pay for it, despite its poor quality. The manager could have stepped up and spoken to the owner, who wasn’t present, but that didn’t happen. On a positive note, the wait staff were very friendly and highly skilled. However, the management was inept and should consider significant improvements. Exceptional service involves making exceptions, and clearly, Fine and Dandy does not provide that. I recommend avoiding this place."
