"Honestly so upsetting. I set a reservation with my friends for 7:30, there were 6 of us. It was my birthday dinner and we’d already been to 1 other place trying to eat. We got to the door and were told we had to leave because the restaurant was at capacity. The woman said 200 people were in line in front of us and my reservation was invalid. This is ridiculous, this restaurant has been here for ages and should know how to manage their restaurant. Never getting my business again. Funny joke."

"We visited yesterday to celebrate Father's Day and a birthday. Our waitress, MoMo, was attentive and friendly, even helping us cook most of our BBQ dishes. The quality of the meat, seafood, and sushi was excellent and delicious. The sweet potato paste was our favorite! The restaurant filled up quickly last night, but we never felt rushed. It's a good idea to call ahead for a reservation. Highly recommended!"

"After eating some paints at O-Toro, I was thrilled to eat there again. I took a friend who loves to eat and sushi in a lot of Japanese restaurants. as always, eating was wonderful. however, after we wait about an hour and after watching three other couples sit, order and get their food, if we had only our drinks, we were not happy. the restaurant was not busy when we arrived. after complaining we got a bowl of edamame and drove our waiting for two sushi reels. we received a 10% discount on our bill, but would have had a more timely meal, so we did not have to think about getting to our theater appointment in time. reservations at 6:15, arrival at 7:25, departure at 7:45. I'll just go another time because it's good to eat, but if the service is bad, it'll be my last visit. there are many really good Japanese restaurants in the city."

"The service was generally good, but having only one waitress made it a bit challenging to get timely attention. The spicy bone broth was flavorful, but it became too salty once it boiled down and more broth was added. I recommend asking for a refill of a milder broth or even just hot water for a better balance. My friend ordered the American Wagyu, which was leaner and priced at $28. I found myself preferring the Wagyu since 10 oz of fatty meat felt like a lot, but both options were delicious. The meals came with rice and a side of vegetables, and there was a low-carb veggie option that swapped udon for extra vegetables. The sauces here were better than those typically found in hot pot restaurants, which was a pleasant surprise. We also tried the calamari skewers, which exceeded our expectations. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would return for higher-quality hot pot meat."
