"Today I dined at Señor Tequila in Fairfax, and it was an outstanding experience. The restaurant features authentic Mexican decor, from the seating to the walls, and the artistic tabletops, which created a delightful ambiance reminiscent of a cozy tavern in the Yucatán or Mexico City. I ordered the Poblano Enchiladas served with a side of rice and black beans. The sauce, drizzled over the tortillas, was rich and flavorful, echoing the traditional way of eating from the pre-Columbian Aztec Empire. It had a delightful toasty taste with hints of chocolate and a blend of 50 peppers that truly satisfied my taste buds. For dessert, I indulged in Fried Ice Cream, which was absolutely delicious and incredibly satisfying. Our servers, Paul and Yendry, did an excellent job not only explaining the intricacies of the dishes but also sharing the history of the restaurant. They efficiently handled a small issue with the bill at the end, and the manager took care of everything smoothly. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at this wonderful restaurant in the heart of Fairfax."
