"This was the absolute worse service we ever had! They had the bartender serving us while he bartended. He took forever to take our order. We asked for two things, one being sauce for our chicken and other to fill our drinks, and he rolled his eyes both times. We weren’t drinking any alcohol, so we felt that we weren’t an important table to him. When we asked for the bill, he just came and put it on the table without saying a word. The atmosphere was very nice, but unfortunately we will not be returning with our clients anymore."

"We come frequently. But management is terrible. The lady taking your resevartions in the entrance has an rude attitude. I was told multiple times they do not take reservations for the outside area in front of the playground since the restaurant opened. I put myself on the list. I was told 20-25 minutes. There was one empty table since before we arrived. After 30 minutes of waiting I asked about the table. I am told they have a lot of reservations and that I need to continue to wait. I canceled the reservation. I feel the attitude and service declined a lot lately and now they have a high turnover of servers from one week to the next one. As I write the review the same table is still empty. 60 minutes since we arrived. No client on thst table. Yet you are asked to wait. It makes no sense. I hope the owner reads this and guides his/her staff to a better pathway. It is sad. It is a great place but in my opinion the new management is terrible. Thank you"

"I had previously been to "The Tresor" and was under the impression that the Archiv was a separate private area with a different level of service. We sat there for 15 minutes, confused about why we were at this table in the Archiv when it felt like we were in the non-reservation section of the vault. No server ever came to assist us. Eventually, we returned to the hostess station to check if we were in the right area, only to find out that a single party had reserved the entire Archiv for the night. Instead of notifying me beforehand or having a server explain the situation, the staff simply directed us to a random table without any service, making it seem like that was the exclusive experience I had reserved three weeks in advance. Given the lack of service—the level of which was not worth the $17 cocktails—we decided to leave. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you’re a VIP who can afford to book the entire venue for yourself."
