"Terrible online ordering experience the website is not intuitive for a first time users and FORCES you to create an account. I was trying to order from the sweetgreen right across from my office, and ended up ordering from another one on Wisconsin avenue a couple miles away because the website does such a poor job of showing you which one you're ordering from. It doesn't visually show you where you're ordering from until AFTER you have paid!!! This means I have to either go into google maps and figure out the address of the one I want, or just hope that what I picked is the right one. This is unbelievably CLUNKY design! And then when I realized my mistake and tried to back out it wouldn't let me cancel because I already placed the order! When ordering online it is an absolute MUST to show WHERE you are ordering from CLEARLY before you allow someone to submit the payment."
