"awful, if you typically don't review a restaurant before eating at it, but this restaraunt had the worst customer service. I am a customer over 6 years and I have more dozen times bringing back my Chicken Marsala Pasta to the restaurant. Yesterday I went back for Chicken Marsala Pasta after not being customer over 8 months. Same old bad service and same old problems spill out all Chicken Marsala sauce. I don’t want your money back and I want everyone knows about it. After COVID 19 Original Napoli Restaurant from bad to worse, really you can’t do better packing people’s dinner but wrap the Chicken Marsala Pasta with paper so the sauce spill out all over my car and leave me dry Pasta to eat. Last time I took it back and asked for more Chicken Marsala sauce and you added water to my food and taste just like water so I stop order any things afterwards and now a different management but same old tasteless food…truly awful, and you should hope they learn but they don’t care."
