Chief Special! this place is so amazing that I don't even order from the menu. tell the chef just what they want and don't like and boom! chef justin isa and his crew are incredible. I never had anything less than staring.

Great atmosphere! Employees were all friendly food was amazing! We came in around 7:30 for dinner. It was a bit crowded but for a Saturday evening, it was to be expected. I had the Philly roll, it's the best I've had yet. You won't be disappointed. ? Ver carta

5/5/22 An order of yakisoba steak totaling $13 gives you enough food to nearly fill a burger tray. Does that seem fair? Kind of feel like I got hustled. Maybe you should stop rationing your food and give the customers enough for what they actually pay for.

bomb food, some of the best miso suppe that I had ever had in my life, quite good quality fish, and the calamari with the sauce was bombe alsocame in 45 before the close and sat in the sushi bar and they got us well supplied. was a lil strange how the sitting and serving was set up to refill my own drink in a restaurant, but it is what it is.

I'm embarrassed to share how often I come here. However, it's totally worth it because their sushi is the best in this area. I'm scared to jinx myself but I haven't had a negative experience there yet. The staff is so friendly and they always engage in conversation with me. Some even know my favorite dishes. They have a drive through (order online or phone first) which is very dangerous in a good way. Ver carta

what a fabulous place! great experience, excellent eating, fast service, happy workers and a very clean environment. the server are so personable matt, did, brian and justin really know their things and create a welcoming atmosphere for all! we drive all away from freeport for sushi and are never disappointed. hanna is another great hirer who really complements the professionalism of the group. if they haven't eaten here they don't try to be disappointed

delicious food! always a good “Köche Wahl”I live in orlando and come with my parents every time to bamboo when I am in the city. they eat a lot in the restaurant and appreciate a great sushi place for which they do not have to go over the bridge. the whole sushi is fresh and so delicious. the boiled foods are also delicious. large selection of beer on tipp and a list of choices. great staff, always friendly and helpful with beer and sushi selection. they know the menu well and make good suggestions.

I’ve been coming here for two years and this is hands down the best sushi in the area. The menu has depth and complexity, variety without gimmicks. Not cheap but you get what you pay for. I love taking my girls here on daddy/daughter dates. Today Lana took my order and recommended the Eagle roll, which I’ve somehow missed for two years and it completely rocks. Awesome. Later, my youngest daughter had a small emergency and Lana went completely above and beyond the call of duty to take care of her. So helpful and compassionate! But really par for the course with all the great employees here, from front door to the chefs. Thank you! Ver carta
