We love HCTO, we eat here often, Dustin and his crew are always friendly and run a tight ship. Highly recommend!

Took 30 minutes in the drive thru and they completely forgot 2 orders of fries. Way too expensive for how poor the service was and I even tipped!

Decided to stop in for some tenders and fries for lunch. I will never come to this location (Westerville) again. I witnessed a man blow his nose with a napkin after eating food and just threw the napkin on the counter and walked away, this is absolutely disgusting. No hand washing or gloves where used. Gross???

Horrible experience, mangement seems racist. I seen mangement making racist jokes towards staff! Only seen one or two people of color and mangement was making racist jokes towards them with staff! Chicken had blood in it, coleslaw taste likes it’s too much vinegar! Macaroni and cheese is watering!! The staff and the food is horrible!!

I cannot say enough great things about this restaurant. While their small chain continues to grow in locations and popularity; they maintain that neighborhood favorite vibe! The food remains high quality with menu expansion only when the new offeringsmake sense. Manager Tiffany and others on staff routinely remember the names of regulars with children being treated likeroyalty. Love this place!! Ver carta

i got the drums and the banana pudding. i asked for hot and to be honest its borderline excruciating for me but the fried chicken had the crispiness and tenderness of a really good fried chicken. really nice place too i was in awe of the place while waiting for my food at the drive thru. the sweet tea wasnt that great but i thought this place looked amazing and the food was pretty good. the ranch dressing is good really compliments the spicy crispy tender chicken.

Presentation was lacking and food was mediocre. Friends had hyped the place up for me and I was excited to visit and have chicken and waffles. The waffles are dissatisfying and the syrup tastes like watered down diet syrup with no buttery flavor. Thechicken was tasty but more heat could have been cooked into it or maybe if it was wetter. I never even tried the beans andsimply threw them away because the rest was disappointing. The one positive note I will bestow is that the pickle was crisp andjuicy. The sweet tea was equivalent to getting a sweet tea from McDonald?s.

I've been eating at this location since it first opened. It was really good UNTIL the past few months. Listen- when you're using powdered spices and you either use too much, add them too late in the cooking process, or you freakin burn them, it makes for a very unpleasant experience eating the food. No one wants to get a bite full of gritty, bitter spices. I don't know if they got a new Manager that isn't training the employees correctly or if they aren't cleaning the fryers out often enough, but they need to fix the flavor situation. People are paying way too much these days for the food to be that disappointing. Go back to the original recipe. It wasn't broken ya'll. Ver carta
