Bojangles' - Carte

I've just got the 4 pieces chicken overhang and that's what I spent $10 on! I try to hope it will be better! I'd take it back, but I didn't get a quit.

This is the best Bojangles I’ve ever ate at Chicken is always fresh and the supremes are always good, and the Young man that Usually has a pink or red beanie on Deserves 15 a hour cause he’s always so so nice and sweet while working the drive thru

Ordered online for pickup in 30 mins. When I arrived to get my food I had to wait 20 mins to be told they stopped taking orders and had no food for new orders. I asked for a refund and was told to do it online. Can't say if the food is good or not but the customer service will ensure I don't return. Voir le carte

Drive thru only. Not a huge deal honestly. But my order was wrong. Order was 2 cajun filet biscuits with cheese on them both combos with borounds and both with sweet tea. Neither biscuit had cheese. Had one tea and one coke. I will say the food was all hot. Just need to do a little better with the order. My reciept reflects my order correctly. Just not the order itself.

This location frequently gets my order wrong, often forgetting items like biscuits. Today, they were out of dirty rice and substituted it with beans, which was disappointing. I also ordered mashed potatoes and gravy, but they forgot the gravy. Over the years, the portion sizes of the sides have decreased while the prices have gone up. Bojangles, I hope to have a better dining experience in the future.

I visited a very busy location and ordered the 20-piece family meal. I anticipated a wait, but the manager even took the time to double-check my receipt to confirm my order was correct. I was impressed with the level of customer service for a fast food restaurant. They really have things running smoothly now. I usually have no complaints when I visit this restaurant. The food is typically hot and tastes good. However, today the drive-thru was in worse shape than usual. When I arrived, there were three cars ahead of me, which isn’t unusual, but I then ended up behind four more cars. It took over 20 minutes from the time I placed my order until I was able to pick it up. My biggest issue is that this is a busy peak time—lunchtime. On a positive note, the food was hot and delicious.

it was so bad, I'm gonna give him a star because that's my only choice. the image speaks for a volume. after the drive I wait a few minutes before someone came to the loudspeaker. I ordered the nine pieces of meal and was told that she was all dark meat. then I was told it was a twenty-minute wait for huh. I ordered bakery biscuits and they were out. I kept saying okay and approached the window. After he sat there for several minutes, a hired man did not come into the window. I saw that chaos. I decided to pass on my good after this experience got worse and worse. in the meantime I saw that someone broke out the back door with several bags of eating.

I placed an order through the app and waited at curbside pickup for 15 minutes after scheduled time. I decided to drive through the drive though to pick up my food and the cashier said that they were closed. This was at 6:00 pm. I'm not sure if they were having technical difficulties or what. I asked for my order to be reimbursed and the cashier said I could come back tomorrow to get a free biscuit and I needed to wait until Sunday to speak with the manager because she was out of town. The audacity.I left and called the 1-800 number. A guy took my information and reassured me that my money would be put back on my card. It is now February 9th and nothing. Not even an email.
