"One star is generous. When I first arrived, I overlooked the rude and unprofessional greeting at the drive-thru speaker, assuming it was early and the employee might be out of position. But then I waited FOURTEEN MINUTES at the window without any acknowledgment. When I was finally served, my drinks were abruptly thrown at me, as if the long wait and poor service were my fault. Not a single apology or explanation was offered. The two bags of food I received were hastily packed and leaking. The pancakes were inedible, and the iced coffee was so watered down I had to throw it away. I called the corporate customer service number posted discreetly on the building, but I doubt I’ll get a response. There are plenty of better options nearby. Don’t waste your time or money here. The employee I dealt with and whoever trained him clearly lack professionalism and work ethic. Let this place be replaced by more competent competitors. Don’t keep supporting this failing business."

What's the point of being open 24 hours if you're not serving your full menu or if you're limiting how much someone can order? To make matters worse, the employee communicated these restrictions in a rude and dismissive manner, lacking any kind of apology. This was all after we had already waited over 10 minutes in line behind two other cars.

I hadn’t been to Jack in the Box in a long time since it was hard to find a convenient location. I dropped by this one today, and everything was excellent! The staff took my order correctly, confirmed it with me, and were very friendly and efficient. The food was truly delicious as well! Thanks so much; we really missed Jack in the Box, haha!

The service was friendly, and although there was a bit of a wait, the food was freshly made and served hot, which was great. I hadn’t been to Jack in the Box in years, but it was a positive experience. I really enjoyed their mini tacos (they might not be new, but they’re new to me since my last visit, lol). I’ll definitely stop by again if I’m in the area.

The employee at the window on December 3rd, 2021, really deserves a raise. He provided exceptional service even in a tough situation, as he was one of only two people working at that time. To make things even better, I mistakenly left my card behind, and he went out of his way to sprint across the parking lot to return it to me while I was at the gas station. He's truly an outstanding person, and I genuinely hope he sees this. I know how chaotic fast food can be, and he managed everything exceptionally well. Voir le carte

We had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. There was only one staff member on duty, which left us trapped in the drive-thru with cars in front of and behind us. We spent 40 minutes waiting, and neither the vehicle ahead of us nor the one behind us moved at all. I urgently needed to breastfeed/pump, but there was no way to exit the car. Fortunately, the lone employee was able to get the car in front of us to move aside, allowing us to leave. Although the staff was very friendly, it's evident that this location is significantly understaffed.

I typically refrain from writing negative reviews about fast food places, but I feel compelled to share my experience today in the hope that it might benefit someone else. The speed, service, and accuracy at my local Jack in the Box have been consistently unsatisfactory. Today, although there was only a short line, I ended up waiting a long time, only to discover that I was charged for 8 tacos but received just 4. I don't have the time to go back, and no one is picking up the phone. This has been a complete waste of my time and money, and I won’t be returning.

During my visit to the restaurant, there was only one employee on duty that day. While I could have expressed frustration about the long wait, I fully understood the situation. She kindly greeted each customer as they approached the menu and explained that she was handling everything on her own, mentioning that larger orders might take a bit longer. My order was accurate, although she did forget to include a fork with my teriyaki bowl. That, however, wasn't a significant issue for me. It's unfortunate that the Jack in the Box locations near me are so understaffed. The few employees working during my visit seemed exhausted, yet they still greeted customers with smiles and worked together to handle the busy crowd. I truly felt for the 3 or 4 staff members on duty that day. The drive-thru line was consistently wrapped around the building, and the dining area was open as well. Despite the chaotic environment, when it was our turn to order, the staff was very apologetic, even though it wasn’t their fault. Thankfully, our order was accurate, fresh, and served hot when it arrived.

This restaurant advertises itself as being open 24 hours, but it rarely seems to be operating as such. It's undoubtedly the worst Jack in the Box in Missouri. The food quality is consistently disappointing, they often run out of items, and the service is persistently lacking. You could wait in line at Disneyland and still have a better chance of getting your meal quickly, but at least the line here keeps moving. Honestly, I've spent at least 30 to 45 minutes waiting for a Jr. Bacon and some tacos. If you're near the Saint Charles location, just order through the app; you can get in and out in under 10 minutes! The management here really needs to improve—perhaps letting go of some current man...
