Got a steak and cheese sub, steak was cold, like it just came out of the cooler cold. It's kinda gross. Pretty clear whoever put the sandwich together didn't care how it came out. It's a shame to have wasted $10 on a sandwich that amounts to trash.

I got a fly in food the other day and I’ve heard others complain about this problem as well. When I asked about it they joked around saying they would make me another one not taking it seriously. Back in the day flies in the food used to be looked down upon but I guess not anymore.

I went to this location tonight around 8:30pm. When I walked in no staff said “hi” and just had a sad face on like I was ruining their night by being there. After the young girl with short black/brown hair made my sandwich.. she said “here you go”. She didn’t even put it in a bag for me or anything. I had to put my own sandwich, chips, cookie, and coke in a bag for myself. Bad customer service! I’m contacting corporate as well because this is absurd. Visualizza piatti

Everytime we go is usually always good. This time was spectacular.. I placed my order online and it got sent to a store in Texas, not only did one of the girls working help me figure out how to get a refund, she also included brownies and drinks on my order for the inconvenience that wasn't even her fault. To some, it may just be a brownie and drink, but to me it was an act of kindness and WONDERFUL customer service. I wished I caught her name but I unfortunately did not. Little things matter.

This was a very nice Firehouse Subs restaurant(for the most part). Service was very fast and most of the food tasted great! I had never been to a Firehouse Subs, and the kind cashier recommended I get a a spicy Cajun chicken or a steak and cheese sub. I ended up getting a Cajun chicken sub and it was pretty tasty and was served hot(as expected) but did include jalapeños which we asked not to be included. I would also not recommend the grilled cheese sandwich(we got it in a kids meal). The bread was not toasted at all and the bread was almost soggy…the only thing that made it sort of “grilled” was the fact that the cheese was melted onto the bread. Customer service was good, most of the food...

Used to be a decent place to eat, not anymore though. Last couple of times there the service was slow and food was bland. Went again this past weekend, and it was just a disaster. Not very busy at all, no greeting or smiles, waited a long time to order and the person that finally took our order acted like he was very annoyed we were there. Ordered our usual hot sandwich, chili, mac and cheese and drinks. Took a VERY long time to get the order up, finally went up to ask about it and the three employees acted like they were unsure we had ordered anything.
