"Visited because vegan options were advertised. Unfortunately the associate preparing our food doesn’t understand veganism and cross contamination so we decided not to go forward with our complete order. No big deal and no complaints from my end because not everyone understands. Instead I opted to purchase a normal cheese pizza for my son and waited. Sadly, the demeanor and dismissive nature upon receiving my sons order was extremely passive aggressive and mocking. The associate tossed my sons order on the table and stated “have a good night” in a tone laced with sarcasm. I continued out the door again with no complaints or rebuttal. Once in my car I contemplated complaining to the store manager so I returned to find that the store manager was in fact present and witness all along. I asked for the corporate number and was told it wasn’t one available. I asked if the location was a franchise. The manager denied that as well. I then asked for the managers superior and other locations and was told “Rob” owns this location as well as Katy’s location and that was it. That couldn’t be further from the truth as this company has a very grand footprint. My suggestion would be to try another location that is more knowledgeable, respectful and accommodating. I cannot comment on the quality of the food but the service was disappointing and belittling."

Some of the worst pizza I've ever had. It was barely edible the next day when I heated up my leftovers in the oven and I ended up throwing the rest of the pizza away. 2 stars because the salad was good and a good price. View menu

A little disappointed by the state of store as both floors and tables were very dirty. Kitchen appeared clean so we took a chance. Food was good, however we had to ask for more tomato sauce because only a spoonful was originally added on crust. Alland all I would give it a 2 1/2.

As someone who worked here, I can say that this store, and the one located off of I-10 is owned by someone who has no care in the world for anyone but himself. I was told with 2 days notice that I was losing my job, because bills weren’t paid for the location and everything was made out to be like business as usual. While the food was good, learning about someone’s true colors whom I had worked very closely with for nearly 2 years has soured any chance of any other locations receiving business from me in the future.

I'm not really sure why this place has received such high ratings. It was our first visit, and the employee who greeted us seemed to have an attitude and wasn't very welcoming, despite the fact that we were there to spend money. On a positive note, the cashier at the end was very friendly. However, the wings were just average, lacking any sauce and tasting like they could have been frozen wings made at home. I did enjoy the slightly charred pieces on the pizza, but due to the poor attitude of the initial employee, I ultimately rated it lower. View menu

Terrible customer service. Called ahead to ask if they had dairy-free cheese. Was put on hold so the confused person answering the phone could go ask if they did. Was told “we have vegan cheese”.20 min later we arrive and are ordering, only to be told they don’t have vegan cheese. Told the person at the counter we had just called about it and he just stared at us blankly. No apology, no “would you like anything else” just shrug and silence. I get how someone might think it’s idiotic to ask for dairy free cheese at a pizza place, but it’s simple- don’t offer it if you don’t carry it.

Woodlands is over saturated with pizza shops and I 'll be honest, most places are all about the same--from mod pizza, Marcos, pepperoni, dominos, Pizza Hut, etc. That said, 1000 is probably the most artisanal tasting pizza in the area and if you like Neapolitan style, this is probably one of the better spots. The pizzas are cooked in a brick oven so you get a nice char on the crust and adds to the Smokey flavor. The pizzas are generally light and airy which stays true to Neapolitan.I 've I noticed several reviews complaining about the pizzas being overcooked or burnt. I think that 's unfair feedback since a true Neapolitan is supposed to be charred. I think the comments that complained about...
