"This was our first visit to the restaurant. You order at the counter, pay your tip upfront, take a number, and seat yourselves while getting your own water. We waited a few minutes for our regular black coffee. The meals arrived quickly and were as we ordered. Not bad; they were hot and tasty, but nothing remarkable. I had the Boring Betty, which included two eggs, four slices of bacon, home fries, and a piece of sourdough toast, while my husband opted for a meat omelet. The total came to $33.70, including a 20% tip. We weren't offered any coffee refills, so I'm not sure if they even provide them. The atmosphere was nice, with smooth jazz playing in the background."

313 is absolutely the best coffee shop in Oconee County. The food and coffee is delicious!

What a great spot to stop in for brunch or lunch! Plenty of seating inside, lots of goodies to choose from. Great little spot located right in the heart of Seneca.

I absolutely love this place! The food and coffee are both delightful—definitely a perfect 10/10. The only suggestion I have is for them to consider offering seasonal specials, but that's just my personal preference. View menu

It was just a bit much with all the talking plus live music. Kind of hard to focus on other things. Though Autism will do that to you. Some of the food was a bit bland for my taste. Though I'm not shaming it if someone else loves it, Then you do you: .

Ordered a frap and it was like I was given a frozen milkshake. I ordered a frozen coffee with a shot of hazelnut....that was awful too. I left a tip for both order anyway. I was excited to drive to see this gem but the customer service that good either.

We love 313 and we eat here often. The food has always been so good but recently they changed their blueberry muffins and the new ones aren’t good at all. They’re really dry. The ones they use to have were top notch. We still come for breakfast just sad they got rid of our favorite item View menu

The food was really, really fresh, the prices are great for the quality you're getting, my latte was HUGE (and delicious , the dessert was amazing! Friendly staff make you feel welcomed and the place is just down right adorable! It's so good to have choices other than fast food in our little area (I enjoy a cheap burger and fries, but I like having options! . I'm really glad 313 is here and I hope they stay for a long, long time!

My son really enjoys this place, but I was not particularly impressed. The food seems overpriced for the quantity served. For instance, I paid $7.50 for avocado toast that had maybe a dozen pumpkin seeds on each slice and only about half an avocado split between two pieces of bread. They could have at least used a whole avocado! Honestly, it feels more like a trendy spot than a true dining experience. But everyone has their own preferences.
