"My wife and I really enjoy the other two 604 locations, so we decided to try this one. I would describe this location as a much better version of Buffalo Wild Wings, as it has a stronger sports bar atmosphere. The setup is really nice, with plenty of TVs, the food is excellent, and they offer the best drink prices on the island. We will definitely be returning. Just a heads-up: if you don't have a military ID or CAC card to access the base, you can obtain a pass at the Lyman gate visitor check-in."

My wife and I are fans of the other two 604 locations, so we decided to give this one a try. I would describe it as a significantly better version of BW3s, offering a more sports-oriented atmosphere. The facilities are impressive, featuring numerous TVs, and the food is excellent. They also have the best drink prices on the island. Just a note: if you don't have a military ID or CAC card to access the base, you can obtain a visitor pass at the Lyman gate.

"I decided to stop by their place after passing it in Wahiawa on my way to the North Shore. It's just a few blocks past the entrance of Wahiawa. Plenty of parking at the back which also serves a few other eateries. They have good variety on the menu, different meats, sides, plates and specials. I got the bbq chicken and pulled pork plate. Both were flavorful and juicy. It came with a scoop or rice and some mac salad. There's bbq sauce available and it had a nice sweet and tangy flavor. Complimented the meat well. Portion was large also. That plate would have been good for 2 people. So the value is there. Lots of picnic table seating to the side of the counter and napkins galore. It's a nice location with fast friendly service. Popular among the military and locals alike."

"Shige’s IS Wahiawa. You cannot visit Wahiawa and not get something to eat here. I could have done a review on this place a loooong time ago but i keep chowing down first before I remember to take pictures. I just can’t wait to dig in!!! Been eating here since 2001 and i eat pretty much the same thing. Either a BBQ cheeseburger with Fried Saimin or BBQ sticks with Fried Saimin. Always. The BBQ cheese burger is homemade, on a nice buttery bun with mayo and a sweet sauce. Comes with lettuce but i kicked mine out. To me, personally, The Best BBQ cheese burger on island. Its perfect in every way. Same with the fried Saimin. The Taste is spot on. Noodles are perfect. Best on island. My husband loves them too but also the homemade hamburger steak with onions, two scoops rice, mac salad and gravy ALL over. Great Family owned with friendly, hardworking staff too. Food is always hot, order has never been wrong. No mistakes EVER since 2001! This place is already super famous but if you haven’t been here yet, definitely stop by. You won’t be disappointed. Come support this long time iconic Wahiawa establishment."

"We ordered a whole chicken slice in eight pieces. The skin was delicious and the chicken was beautiful and juicy. I would definitely prefer only the chicken without the sides at my next visit. The Cajun fruits were only spices. It was not very sharp or desirable. Otherwise it was fast and wonderfully expensive. Excellent service and hospitality."

"When I dine here, I prefer to place my order online through their website. Just a tip—make sure you’re not accidentally selecting the Kapolei location! The online ordering option lets me fully customize my meals. My top two choices are both burritos. First, I like the vegetable burrito with black beans—no sour cream, but I definitely add avocado, cilantro, and grilled veggies. My second favorite is the seafood burrito filled with shrimp, with black beans and, again, no sour cream, but I add grilled veggies as well. If you prefer dining in, there are plenty of tables available. They also have a sauce bar featuring four different sauces: two red sauces (one spicy and one medium), a green sauce (which is my favorite), and a surprisingly spicy yellow sauce. The prices are very reasonable and the staff is outstanding. For a bit of free entertainment, you can watch the chefs prepare the food behind the glass. This restaurant has entrances on both sides—one near Longs and the other near Foodland—so you can make a quick exit if you need to escape when the paparazzi tries to snap a photo of you with your new friend from the old Cornet corner (just kidding!)."

"Dong Yang Inn in Wahiawa is a hidden gem that deserves every one of these five stars! The staff here is super friendly and welcoming, adding a personal touch to your dining experience. The dine in seating setup is convenient, with a unique twist you place your order at the counter, then choose any available table in the restaurant. The freedom to pick your spot is a plus! I went for the meat Jun and fish Jun combo, and also the meat Jun BBQ chicken combo. Not only were these plates packed with deliciousness, but they were also incredibly budget friendly. In fact, the portion size was so generous that I could savor at least two meals from a single combo plate. Dong Yang Inn is a must visit for those looking for a satisfying meal and great value.
