"there is to celebrate the birthday of the man and on reservation, but nothing of the restaurant said. eating was very good in taste and quality, but a bit disappointed in the pimento cheese appetizer. only 4 pieces of brot came with him, but more than enough Pimento cheese to go around, so asked for a few more pieces of brot. get 1 “regular” piece and 1 tiny end disc still ended us $2 for it! Really? I can understand this charge when they get 4 more pieces the size that came first, but this seems small when 4 people also order and several rounds of cocktails. this nickel and diming is what drives good customers elsewhere."

"Izzy's continues to impress my wife and I with their great pizza and wonderful service. Tonight, a small mix-up resulted in our receiving a small pizza, rater than the large we ordered. We didn't mind the mistake, as any Izzy's pizza is wonderful, but the staff wouldn't hear of it, and immediately rushed back to the kitchen to prepare us a large pie. Even as we enjoyed the small pizza, which was very good. This is the kind of customer service that is sadly lacking in so many establishments. My wife and I have been loyal Izzy's customers since we first discovered their location in 2017, and this is the only such mistake we have ever encountered. That we were sent home with a fresh pizza, on the house, says plenty about the owner and the people who work there. Thanks again, Izzy's! We will certainly be back!"
