"I was in downtown LA for a one-day workshop and was looking for a dinner option that was different from what I usually find in Washington State. It's been a while since I enjoyed some good Caribbean food, so I was thrilled to discover this gem! The oxtails and plantains were absolutely delicious—definitely a 10 out of 10, highly recommended! The pineapple ginger drink was also great, striking the perfect balance between sweet and spicy. I'm so glad I chose Ackee Bamboo! "

Always amazing food! Best Jamaican spot in LA. The oxtails meat fell off the bone and portions are always nicely sized. Ackee Bamboo is the place to go if you want some really good food!

Loved the food!! Came hot fresh salmon cooked to perfection. Not a fan of carrots but there good for me lol and it could have been more spicy speaking from a Caribbean perspective and touch more seasoning but definitely worth the price! May order again 8/10

FANTASTIC HOT, FRESH QUALITY! This was my first time trying them, and I could really taste the freshness. The portion sizes were excellent for the price! They were generous with the curry sauce, and it was AMAZING! They’re doing incredible work in that kitchen. I will definitely order again!

I've visited almost every Jamaican restaurant in the city more than twice, but I always find myself returning here because it truly serves some of the best food I've had. Everything I order is consistently hot, fresh, and delicious. This place is my top choice among all the restaurants in the city. Their juices are outstanding too! Keep up the excellent work.
