Best carne asada burrito I've had this far north! The tortilla was perfectly flaky and tender and the meat was delicious. The portions are very generous and exceptionally affordable. I mean, I know this region doesn’t have many options but if you’ve ever managed to find yourself outside of Idaho, you know this is subpar at best. Come on folks. I can’t believe paradise tacos is gone yet this place remains. Food, 1.3. Service, 2.1. You don’t even offer silverware. Y’all are capitalizing on a lack of knowledge from the people that live here. I recently had lunch at this restaurant and it was quite enjoyable. The food was well-prepared and flavorful, earning a solid rating of 4 out of 5. The service was also commendable, with attentive staff who made sure we had everything we needed, which also deserves a rating of 4. However, the atmosphere left something to be desired. It felt a bit dull and could use some improvements to create a more inviting environment, resulting in a lower rating of 2. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience, especially considering the affordable price range of $10 to $20 per person.

The best Mexican food I 've ever had in Idaho. I took one bite of the rice and beans and said woah out loud, because I 've never been blown away by refried beans until now. The Carne Asada Plate and the Steak Fajitas Plate were amazing. We also got a strawberry filled and a creme filled churro and my burnt tongue is 100% worth it. The flour tortillas were one big fresh tortilla that was really good. I will never recommend any place in Rexburg now that I know about this place. I am forever a fan. This place was recommended to us from the staff at the Heise Zipline. The chicken burrito was packed full of meat, but could use more flavor or some veggies and sour cream. These may have been add on options I am not sure. The menu didn't really say what came in each item. The quantities are big, the staff was very kind. The downfall is this place is VERY VERY dated, had gross bathrooms and areas that looked like are blocked off due to ceiling falling. The table covers were nasty, very sticks and just gross feeling.
