"I have been here a few times during July and August 2020 and am appalled that these lowlifes don't require masks for customers or employees. I was just there for about a half hour today for a carry out and I was the ONLY person with a mask. Customers were entering without masks and none of their employees have ever had a mask on. The faster we follow the rules the faster we can get rid of the Coronavirus. If you don't agree then you are ignorant. I'm not going here anymore. I don't want everyone breathing on my food. This is typical of how Alberto Salvo thinks."

I've been visiting this place since I was a child, and it's one of my family's favorite spots. The service is excellent, and the food is very good.

Unfortunately this place has been slipping more steeply over the years. Quality of food as well as service is not the same as I got years ago. Unfortunate.

The food was excessively greasy and overly salty, with a rather bland taste. Unfortunately, I ended up feeling unwell after my meal. I had hoped for much better.

030819 Stopped in for a quick bite during work. Best pizza I've had in a long time. Nice atmosphere and friendly service. Prices were good. Definitely would come back View menu

I've been eating Albertos's food for 55 years now and have never had anything but delicious food and great service!! To me, they're the best in York county and beyond!! I love them!!

The pizza here tastes amazing and is reasonably priced. It’s far superior to the big chain options. If you order the wings, they come out perfectly crispy and are a decent size—not those tiny ones you often see. Plus, they offer a selection of beer!

This place is bad. They didn't care about how they cooked it and gave us cold pizza. I think that it is entirely possible that they microwaved the pizza. I would not recommend this place to anyone who wants a decent meal. This was an overall bad experience for me and my family. View menu

My experience with this restaurant was awful. I ordered two slices of pizza, twenty minutes later I get my slices and they are not even hot! They were barely lukewarm. I get the food and I have to ask for silverware and napkins...are you kidding me. The pizza tasted like the frozen pizza you buy in the grocery store. Don't waste your time or money at this place.

Normally, great place! Now HELL NO!! The lady was rude on the phone and inside. She threw my food at me on the counter and said her you go... have a good night. Then i walk out barely being able to open the door because they gave me a makeshift take out bag. The cup of soup was literally that. Like a dixie size wash your mouth out cup. They gave me Cesar dressing with a buffalo chicken salad. Ruined the entire thing! Had to throw it out.. Very disappointed! Will NOT be going back. Especially since the place is practicing any CDC guidelines!!!

"The restaurant’s doors were locked at the time it was scheduled to open, and the staff arrived late, struggling to get their colleagues to unlock the door. When I requested a table, I was informed that I could be seated in an hour, despite the restaurant being empty. Walk-ins were not accommodated, and I had to personally research and secure an open table reservation, bypassing the hostess’s information by 30 minutes. This created confusion and contributed to an overall poor experience with no clear explanation. I also overheard other patrons voicing concerns about the apparent disorganization. Considering this is one of the most expensive dining experiences in York County, the service did not match the high standards expected. However, the food was exceptional, and the presence of regular patrons suggests a loyal customer base. The bartender was polite, and while the restaurant has a rich history, it seemed few staff members were aware of it, which could enhance the overall experience and connect more deeply with local culture. Rather than remembering the meal I remember the experience which made the ticket I paid not worth it. I’m sure there would have been a smoother experience if I made a booking prior and had less interactions with the staff. Expect to pay $75 per person with a full course and drinks. My ticket was $130 with tip."
