"I went to the restaurant to meet a good friend for a meal and a few beers. We ordered fish, but unfortunately there was a bone in the fillet that got stuck in my throat. I was worried I would have to go to the hospital. Luckily, I was able to cough it up 15 minutes later. I informed the bartender and manager, but they didn't seem concerned. To make matters worse, they continued serving fish to other customers nearby. This lack of response and consideration for my safety was disappointing. I did not receive any compensation for the incident and had to pay full price for my meal. This poor customer service and business practice has made me decide not to return to this restaurant. There was no follow-up or check-in to ensure I was okay after the incident."

Good atmosphere and staff, but the food and drinks were absolutely terrible. Pretzels were clearly store bought and reheated in a microwave for too long. Cheese looked (and tasted) like it was plastic. I don't understand how people think it can taste good.

We walked in and sat down. Not real busy. Had to go up to the bar to get someone to bring us menus. Ordered a burger and onion rings. Great burger but the rings were like hockey pucks. The waiter even said they're not right. But then asked if I wanted to check out? Not very good on customer service here.
