"If I could leave 0 stars I would. The voicemail is extremely unprofessional ?Hellllo? Nope, this is a voicemail?.?. I finally got an employee and they said I had the wrong restaurant regarding the 30 WINGS left off my order; not to mention fries were cold. I went back to the DoorDash app and it was indeed this EXACT RESTAURANT. I drove to another American Deli (Powers Ferry Rd) to place a second order. Yes, I had to drive after placing a delivery. I try not to leave negative reviews as I fully believe in Karma however this was ridiculous, and I want to save others from frustration. Please spend your money elsewhere. I spent over $120 for this order."

I ordered the boneless wings and fries at this restaurant. The flavor was decent, but the wings were a bit too oily. The chicken was fresh and tender, but the cooking method could use some enhancement.

The food was delicious, but the prices are quite steep compared to what you’d typically expect (over $13 for a ten-piece combo) for such small wings. Honestly, they’re even smaller than a ketchup packet!
The service was terrible, even by mall restaurant standards. It appears that this is a common issue across all American Deli locations. I couldn't even finish my meal and won't be coming back. I definitely do not recommend eating there. View menu

I was craving American deli food all day, so I was excited to get there. I placed my order, but when I went to the table to grab some napkins and ketchup, I spotted a cockroach. It was so disgusting that I almost felt sick. I really wish I could give them a zero rating.

I literally just left this place opened my box to see they only gave me 5 wings and I paid for 10. I?m so furious and now they aren?t answering the phone. Do not service this place: GW WINGS IS BETTER. These wings already higher and they have the nerve tomess up orders smh!

I just left this restaurant and when I opened the box, I found that they only gave me 5 wings instead of the 10 I paid for. I'm incredibly angry, and now they aren't answering the phone. I would not recommend this place—GW Wings is much better. Their wings are already more expensive, and they have the audacity to mess up orders. Unbelievable!
