False advertising 30pc family pack is the same as getting a 30pc wings only. You don't get nothing extra no drinks no fries nothing. It's the same exact meal but two different things on the menu.

2nd time in 2 weeks service was horrible. I had a call in order and went to pick up 40 minutes after I places it. Waited almost another 45 minutes. The cashier gave my order to someone else then shuts the box and looks at me. I asked for my money back.

Today makes the second time I've had to return with food due to staff's in competance and putting mayonnaise on our food when we explicitly said no mayonnaise due to a food allergy.. Teach your staff to read and pay attention before y'all are responsible for someone's death!! View menu

The lady in the kitchen is rude. First off, they cheated me out my food. Cool no problem, then I look to see I was giving a piece of chicken that looks like somebody had bit off of it. How she has a whole attitude when I paid for my food to look and be particular way? I am officially done with this location.

I would have given this place a higher rating, but I wasn't a fan of the fish. I ordered the 2-piece whiting, and while the fries were excellent and well-seasoned, the fish had a strong smell and didn't taste very good. My sister had the beef Philly cheesesteak meal, and she thought it was quite good. The restaurant could definitely use some updating, but I would still consider eating here again and would recommend it to others.

American Deli is always hit or miss. They have this routine where they half cook the wings just let them sit in the fryer then they re-drop them after u arrive so they'll be hot, but what they fail to realize is that that dries the wings out makes them tougher. And then when u ask them to cook them fresh... their boss comes out rudely insists that it is indeed fresh will offer to trash it before he'll allow the crew to just simply cook it fresh. But to be fair.... there has been times where I did get fresh wings let's just say there's a huge difference View menu
