This restaurant is incredibly consistent! I’ve tried their burgers, salads, and Reuben sandwich, and everything is delicious! My favorite dish has to be the French fries! A big shoutout to American Deli for always getting it right!

The food was fantastic, but the customer service was disappointing. The young lady who identified herself as management was quite rude and might want to consider a different line of work. Disrespecting others, especially elders, is never a good approach. I have to give just one star because of her poor customer service.

I've visited this restaurant several times and tried a variety of dishes. Each time, I've experienced excellent service, and the food has always been served fresh and quickly. I've enjoyed the hot honey mustard wings, rice, sub, salad, fries, and fish, all of which were hot and fresh. I particularly loved the rice; it was fantastic, but I would appreciate a few sprouts added! The manager is always friendly and upbeat. I've noticed him on several occasions actively ensuring that the floors and counters are clean, mopped, and free of clutter.

I had a rather disappointing experience at this restaurant. The wings were overcooked, the salad was wilted, and the Philly cheesesteak sandwich did not meet my expectations. I had hoped to treat my mother to a nice meal to give her a break from cooking, but unfortunately, I won’t be returning. It felt like a complete waste of $35, including the tip, and overall it was a letdown. I can only imagine that the meals they prepare for themselves are probably much better. While I was placing my order, I overheard someone on the phone expressing their own complaints about their order. I couldn't help but shake my head at the entire experience.
