Angels Buffet And Catering

I absolutely loved the food and the conversation with Angel. She has a heart of gold, and the homecooked meals reminded me of what my Grandma used to make! We’ll definitely be back.

Passing through tonight, we had some delicious catfish, fried chicken, butter beans and greens. The service was so friendly and the cost was so low for how much I ate! The next time we are in the area, we will be back.

Just announced by Ron Jones this morning, July 22, 2017, on his "Down Home in the Tri States" TV show, Angel's Buffet has once again won the award for Best Fried Chicken! Congratulations to Angel and the hardworking team! They truly deserve it!

We ate at 2:30 P.M. and the buffet was caned vegetables .The fried fish was excellent. We could not eat the pork chops not only were they cold but Also dry and tough. We ere not impressed for $25..00 I would eat else where. The owner was really sweet but I would not eat there again.

Absolutely the best home-cooked food in a wonderful atmosphere! Every item on the buffet and menu is cooked to perfection. This is the only place I've ever been able to say that everything—yes, all the food—is simply amazing; I've never been disappointed. The sweet tea is some of the best I've ever had, and the fried catfish fillets are delicious, even though I typically don’t eat fish. This is the nastiest place I have ever been in. The people were rude. They leave the ranch out on the tables. It should be in the fridge. The tops of all the tables are so sticky my sleeves are sticking to the table. I couldn't touch the menu because it had sticky stuff all over it. The white lids of the bottles are brown with filth. It is so hot in here my drink is sweating horribly. There is black mold on the blinds. My feet stick to the floor when I walk. I would almost make a bet that when the health inspector comes in this place will be shut down. WE WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!!

The food at this restaurant is absolutely fantastic. The staff treats everyone like family, making you feel as if you've known them forever. They offer a limited buffet from Tuesday to Saturday and a full buffet on Sundays. The prices are unbeatable, and the cost covers everything—unlike many other buffets that charge extra for drinks. If you live within 100 miles of Chipley, FL, it's definitely worth the trip to visit; you won’t be disappointed. They also have a regular menu available, and if you're in the mood for burgers, you must try the enormous Angel Burger with fries, which most people struggle to finish.

Soul food served in a diner that feels like your eating with the family. Angel plays good wholesome movies that are great for the family. The buffet is a little on the pricey side (9.99 per person) but the money goes to a good cause. She is an active member of the community and some of her proceeds go to support her charity Youth in Action with a Purpose.
