"I was very disappointed with my favorite Applebee's today. After being seated, we waited over 10 minutes without receiving any attention, even though the restaurant wasn't busy. The servers and the bartender saw us but just walked past. We decided to leave. As loyal customers who often visited at the height of the pandemic and typically dine here at least once or twice a month, we’re not sure when we’ll be back."

I've been going to Applebee for a long time. Service is usually good. I can see where they need help to cover the night shift. Try the Donut divers they are delicious. Maybe my photo mouth would be enough water to try for you.

The staff was very polite and promptly replaced my steak after it was not cooked as I expected. However, the cut of meat was just average, and I wouldn’t recommend ordering steak here in the future, as there are better options available.

I visited with my family during the half-price appetizer and drink promotion. I ordered the Arctic Long Island, Spinach and Artichoke Dip with chips, and quesadillas. The food was decent, but not outstanding. The drink was very juice-like in flavor. I would return primarily for the good prices and the social atmosphere.
