"First I would like to thank the person who received my order and the fast service I received. The food was good and I would recommend this place. However, I had been fed 40 minutes before I picked up at the place and was ready to use the toilet room to wash my hands. Only then did I see that the access codes were exclusively on the entrance, one I would have thrown away without being aware of this policy. Someone came out of the toilet room, manager and closed the door behind him. I asked him if I could go in to whom he said to look at the reception. I explained I would throw it out, and he said that the toilet is only for customers, clearly not noticed that I had been there for the better part of an hour. I told him he couldn't do anything to help him from a manager. That was 12:10 or so today, and there are cameras at this point. I have just washed my hands in a nearby restaurant, but this has made my experience really mad, especially on such a slow day when the school is out of session (the whole reason I think they have such a system in place). The assessment reflects this negative experience more than eating or other, more helpful servers and chefs."

Worst drive through service waited 30 mins plus to get my order and I only ordered a roast beef sandwich. Great food but super slow service. They didn’t even apologize for the long wait time View menu

The only thing I didn't like was to go to the toilet room and insert a code I would put every number on my reception and still not open. I had to go to Carl's JrVegetarian options: I had the new MC and cheese

These guys double dipped into my bank account and when I came in for my refund they said there was nothing they can do. Manager and all employees are useless. Always check after your orders they are incompetent at this location.

Poor customer service, pushy drive thru employee wouldn’t let me finish my order and ended up charging me twice, food quality was good and is the only reason this isn’t a 1 star review. Also a lot of menu items not available and sat in drive thru for 7 minutes waiting for my food. Drive thru guy had gold glasses View menu

The first time I've never been there in my life and can't wait to come back and the roast beef. I had a chicken Diabelo Burger, Pommes and Jalapeno Poppers, it was amazing, Diabelo Burger it is really sharp and hot, great taste for everyone looking for something spicy. The girl who took our orders made great recommendations for the family. It's a bit expensive compared to bk or McDonald's, but it's worth it. I'll be back tomorrow!

"We began with Baked Escargot in Herbed Citrus Parmesan Butter—an exquisite dish in which the desire to savor every drop of the butter was undeniable. The Grilled Octopus with Cilantro Chimichurri was expertly spiced, leaving a lasting impression of refined flavors. The Central Caesar Salad, uniquely presented for communal sharing, was notable for its rich Anchovy Emulsion. The Cream of Green Chile Soup was a revelation; its creamy texture and depth of flavor were so captivating that they prompted a moment of culinary reflection. However, the Seared Diver Scallops, though well-executed, did not resonate as strongly with me; I had a less than favorable reception of the broccoli puree. In contrast, the Lobster Agnolotti was satisfactorily balanced and flavorful with its delicate pasta and butter-poached lobster claw submerged in a creamy lobster broth. The Honey Lavender Long Island Duck was another course that showcased the fusing of sweet and savory nuances. The undeniable highlight of the meal was the Ribeye Prime, a masterful display of flavor infusion, complemented by Chipotle Lime Butter and enhanced by the textural contrast of crispy onion strings. We concluded on a celebratory note with a Dessert Platter for my husband’s birthday. This thoughtful gesture included an array of desserts from Petite Crème Brulée to a Mexican Chocolate Tart, each a testament to the restaurant’s dedication to a memorable dining experience. However, it is imperative to note that the ambiance was somewhat marred by the overly loud piano and live singing. While the music itself was beautifully rendered, its volume was disproportionate to the dining setting, complicating conversational flow and detracting from the overall enjoyment."
