"We went to this location and decided to eat inside. We walked in, but there was nobody inside. The place was open, music was playing, lights were on, and food was sitting in the kitchen getting cold. We waited a few minutes and even yelled to see ifanyone was there and got no response. We waited a bit longer and noticed people waiting in the drive-thru began leaving. We gotconcerned that maybe someone in the back had a medical issue or something else so we called the police to see if they could comecheck. About 20 min later (still no sign of anyone inside) the police arrived and they walked through the kitchen and thenopened the back door. That's when an employee walked in and tried to give us some bs explanation of the inside being closed andonly the drive-thru being open, but that was clearly a lie because nobody was being served in the drive-thru. We saw at least 5cars roll through and nobody in the kitchen making food or even taking orders. Meanwhile, all that food that was sitting out wasstone cold by this time and the employee offered to make us food. We declined and left along with the police. We were glad thatthere wasn't a serious issue, but this Arby's location has major management problems. Who knows how long the place was leftcompletely unattended (a half hour at minimum). Avoid! Update: response to owner: I did fill out that form. Never heard backfrom anyone!"

The crew was nice. They seemed scared, but helpful. The meal is the BBQ. Did not know it came with mayo or that white sauce. It looks ugly for the portions with bbq were good. I used a coupon, so the hit wasn't too bad. I ordered crinkle fries off the $1menu. They were good. A four is fair thanks to the coupon. I would not pay full price. Ya Sabes

The staff was friendly, although they appeared a bit anxious. I tried a meal from the grill and was surprised to find it came with mayonnaise or some white sauce, which didn't look very appetizing, even though the BBQ portions were quite tasty. I used a voucher, so the cost wasn't too steep. I ordered the fries from the dollar menu, and they were enjoyable. A rating of four seems reasonable, thanks to the voucher; otherwise, I wouldn't have paid full price. You get what I mean.

During my recent visit to the drive-thru, I experienced some frustration. I waited for a couple of minutes, but I kept getting interrupted by the cashier asking, "What else?" By the time I got to my wife's order, I was fed up and decided to cancel the whole order and drive away. The manager on duty and the drive-thru staff member both refused to open the window, so I couldn't get their names or the store manager's name to report the poor service. The kitchen was dirty, girl at the counter just looks at you instead of greeting you. I ordered the new fish with fries and the picture showed crinkle fries and the manager was running drive thru and cooking. He started to give me curly fries and I askedif I could please have crinkle fries like in the picture. The girl didn't tell me there was an option. The boy in the back wasslow and not caring about working. No pride in the job. No good leadership. And when the people are slow and don't have anycustomers, they should clean. Dirty floor and kitchen, probably dirty hands. We will not go back.
